He is known for holding architects, engineers and subcontractors accountable and for making sure the entire team communicates clearly. This helps limit change orders and keeps the project cost and schedule on track. With an eye for detail and drive for precision, Colin oversees the daily construction progress and ensures that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
