In her role as Instructional Design Manager, Courtney works with subject matter experts to design synchronous and asynchronous online, print and face-to-face curriculum for credit union employees, managers and executives. This role allows her to partner with top-notch speakers, practitioners and subject matter experts, as well as freelance writers, web course designers, and meeting planners.
