Jennifer Anderson-Kapke

In working with individual credit unions on a variety of federal regulatory compliance matters, Jennifer provides strategic compliance direction while assisting credit unions with the day-to-day implementation and understanding of federal laws and regulations. Jennifer also helps credit unions by reviewing disclosures and other materials, as well as conducting training to support credit unions’ compliance efforts. Jennifer received her law degree from Drake University Law School and her educational studies degree from University of Oregon. She is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Polk County Women Attorneys, Iowa Organization of Women Attorneys, and American Bar Association.
