Judi Hess founded Customer Perspectives over 30 years ago, making it one of the oldest mystery shopping firms in the country. She is a Charter member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA)and served on its Board of Directors for many years, most recently as President, and also on the MSPA Global Board. In addition, Judi is a Board member of the New England Financial Marketing Association (NEFMA) having served in a variety of leadership roles.
