Kieran Marion is the Executive Vice President of Advocacy & Communications for MCUL. Prior to rejoining MCUL in 2018, he served as the Director of the Office of Policy Initiatives for the Michigan Department of State, Legislative Counsel for the national Uniform Law Commission and in various roles working with state government for nearly 25 years in total. He is a Michigan-licensed attorney, holds a juris doctorate degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a BA degree in international relations from Michigan State University’s James Madison College.
