Lynne Barr

As Senior Vice President of Client Service for Gallagher’s Executive Benefits team, Lynne Barr leads a team of nearly 20 professionals dedicated to delivering high-level service. She is responsible for implementing and maintaining client service and regulatory compliance standards, while helping ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Lynne brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and accounting industries, including over 15 years focused specifically on executive benefit plans. In addition, she oversees the proprietary online account access platform that provides real-time data so plan participants have timely access to the most up-to-date policy values. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wingate University and resides in Charlotte, NC.
