Along with his knowledge of regulations pertaining to investment securities for portfolios, Marcel understands the central investment tenets of safety, liquidity, and yield. He develops and executes strategies that maximize value, while carefully managing risk. He provides depth, talent, and leadership to SWBC’s Investment Management team by developing a comprehensive suite of institutional solutions and implementing fixed income investment opportunities for clients.

Originally from Houston, Marcel obtained his master of business administration from Texas A&M University and completed his undergraduate degree in finance at Texas State University. He holds FINRA 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
