Prior to joining LPS Applied Analytics, Mr. Milner was the Chief Risk Officer of PMI Mortgage Insurance Company. He also has served as Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Chief Risk Manager of General Electric Rail Services a freight transportation equipment leasing company. Mr. Milner began his career with Bank of America where he spent fourteen years in various corporate and investment banking risk roles.

Mr. Milner earned his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and his BA in Economics and History, with Honors in History, from Stanford University.
