For the past 18 years, Mia has traveled the credit union highway stopping along virtually every department in the organization. Follow the member experience from beginning to end, and Mia has had her hands on it. Fascinated with brand, consumer behavior, and sales culture, she has spent the past 10 years on a mission teaching decision makers that marketing is much more than crayons and that business development isn’t just donuts. In addition to her credit union career, Mia started Innovista Solutions, Inc., a credit union marketing consulting firm that focuses on marketing makeovers to help smaller shops compete with the big dogs. Mia oversees Marketing, Business Development, HR, and Training.
