Michelle has been with Numerica Credit Union since April 2001, and has 28 years of credit union experience. Michelle oversees all training, member feedback and cultural initiatives at Numerica and previously served as the Vice President of Branch Administration. Michelle has been an active volunteer for the CUNA Operations, Sales and Service Council and is currently the 2^nd Vice Chair on the Executive Committee, and Chair of the 2016 CUNA OPSS Conference.

She holds a B.S. Business Management from WGU, and is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.
