Mike Hales

Mike Hales is Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Relationships with CU Revest, LLC, where he oversees corporate growth and collaborative strategies. CU Revest is a San Diego based Asset Management CUSO jointly owned by Servatus Corporation and several credit unions. A former bank president and a credit union industry veteran, Mike is a recognized authority in CUSO design and development and collaborative business modeling. During his credit union consulting career with Counter Intelligence Associates and The Rochdale Group, Mike specialized in strategic planning and CUSO design and development. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations since 2005 and has developed and launched 16 multiple credit union owned CUSOs and a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation.
