Scott Humphrey joined Travelers in 1989 as a Risk Control Consultant in Albany, NY. He worked his way through the organization performing a variety of roles in support of Travelers Middle Market and National Accounts organizations with roles such as Field Consultant, Account Consultant, Ergonomics Specialist, Field Manager, Director of National Accounts and Director of Field Service.

As the Director of National Accounts, Scott had overall responsibility for Large Account consulting staff and services for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. More recently he joined the Risk Control home office as Second Vice President of Service, focused on extending Risk Control’s reach with customers using remote methods.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Buffalo at New York. He is an active member of the Human Factors Society and has Certified Safety Professional and Associate in Risk Management designations.
