In his current role, Tom is responsible for developing innovative solutions geared towards retaining key executives for financial institutions. He works proactively with existing and potential clients to discover unmet needs and identify opportunities to enhance current executive benefits solutions. In addition to sales, he ensures that existing clients have access to the expansive array of resources and expertise ALM First has to offer.

Prior to rejoining ALM First, Tom spent a year working for an executive benefits consulting firm. Previously, he also served as the University of New Hamphsire Men’s Soccer Manager and was a Client Development Intern for Seismic Software.

Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an option in marketing from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
