During the past year, I’ve written a bunch about challenges.

According to a NAFCU survey in February, here were the challenges faced by credit unions in 2014.

1. Regulatory Burden

2. Loan Growth

3. Income

I turned the results into “word art.”

After the first three challenges of regulatory burden, loan growth and income, the other challenges simply fall off a cliff in relative importance.

So, what challenges face us in 2015? Well, I need your help. 

I’ve designed two surveys. One survey is designed for credit union management. And the other is for boards and other credit union officials. Below are links to both surveys.

As I said, I need your help. Please get the word out and share these surveys as much as you can. Once I have the data, I’ll share the results, as well as a few thoughts on how we can tackle the issues.
