The Citadel Veteran Student Success Center

Opened on Veterans Day in 2014, The Citadel’s Veteran Student Success Center provides a hub of resources and support for veteran students, active-duty members, and their families. The Center assists with VA educational benefits, programming, and student services, helping veterans feel at home while pursuing their academic and leadership goals. Veterans are welcome to attend any of the programs offered by The Citadel, including both the day and evening undergraduate programs as well as the master’s programs. While they may take classes alongside cadets, they are not required to wear uniforms or live in the barracks.
