(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
Regarding items (3) & (4) above, CU Insight only displays the excerpts of the article text in the News section and the link points to the original news source. Articles are archived with the summary link pointing to the original source.
If for any reason an owner of a copyrighted work does not want the text displayed for the minimum time limit, please contact CU Insight to have the article removed.
