CUNA, Rochdale offer ERM webinar series

CUNA and Rochdale Paragon Group are teaming up for a three-part enterprise risk management (ERM) webinar series. Beginning Jan. 31, the program offers an introduction to ERM, a business discipline that helps organizations identify and respond to risk.

“We’ve created a trio of sessions that provide ERM novices the foundational knowledge they need to get started,” said Todd Spiczenski, CUNA chief products and services, association services administration. “This program is a great entrée into a transformative philosophy that helps credit unions around the world improve their decision-making process, create value and compete.”

Session content is designed to provide attendees with practical ERM expertise. Jeff Owen, a client engagement specialist with Rochdale Paragon, will host the three webinars:

• Understanding Enterprise Risk Management (Jan. 31): Provides an introduction to ERM and its benefits, as well as a framework for implementing it;
• Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Appetite and Strategic Planning (Feb. 14): Covers risk appetite statements and how to integrate risk appetite and ERM into strategic planning; and
