CUNA sets free, members-only ADA webinar for Jan. 18

Registration is now open for a CUNA members-only webinar featuring updates from CUNA and CUNA Mutual staff on litigation threats related to website compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The free webinar is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 18, from 3 to 3:45 p.m. (ET).

Credit unions are facing increased legal threats due to confusion over website compliance with the ADA, and CUNA has been working with the Department of Justice and Congress to solve the issue.

CUNA will meet with Congressional counsel Friday to discuss potential legislative solutions.
