Belonging at Work: How Community Drives Engagement and Retention

Employee connection and engagement can be a strategic advantage for credit unions. A sense of workplace belonging is connected to higher job satisfaction as well as positive mental health and well-being. The focus of this data-driven keynote will be on the science of connection and how the same tools for building friendships can help initiate and maintain workplace relationships within credit union teams.

This keynote is designed to provide attendees insights on:
