Element Federal Credit Union has come up with a mighty fine idea to foster a closer connection amongst its employees that has enhanced staff morale, increased productivity, and opened up new channels of communication — even with its employees stationed at their seven branches. Element has created an internal social network, thanks to Yammer, that has accomplished all these things and more. We invited the credit union’s Chief Innovator Linda Bodie on the show to find how just how this network has become so effective for her staff, resulting in greater member service.
