B2B Sales Representative at AUX

Denver, CO

Assist in driving Aux and InNetwork growth by educating credit union leaders about the value of its services. Responsible for providing real-time support during and after the sales process for Aux and InNetwork products to credit unions across the United States. Help resolve any sales and customer service-related issues in a timely manner.

This position requires working closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure the success of the company’s customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Educate new and existing customers on all of our product lines (Accounting, CFO Services, Compliance, Data Analytics (Cuery), and InNetwork shared branching)
  • Make outbound calls to qualified leads
  • Handle inside sales inquiries
  • Triage and coordinate support for colleagues for both new and existing customers
  • Challenge prospect objections with knowledge and experience
  • Respond to sales and support emails, answer calls, and respond to live chat inquiries.
  • Ensure a top-quality support experience, going above and beyond for our users
  • Become an expert in Aux and InNetwork services and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs
  • Analyze patterns, thinking of solutions and proposing product improvements
  • Constantly improve your knowledge of Aux and InNetwork products and the fintech space
  • Maintain sales pipeline documentation, Sales Tracker, and other company customer and prospect databases
  • Research prospect contacts utilizing available resources (Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Periodically request information from prospects via LOB questionnaires (Survey Monkey)
  • Provide regular (weekly) proposal status updates to LOB leaders
  • Check CRM (SharpSpring) for daily website visitors and utilize info to prospect new clients
  • Attend industry tradeshows and conventions as a company sales representative and staff booth presence, as required
  • Advocate for Aux and InNetwork on appropriate social media platforms


College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Marketing/Sales

Sales Skills

  • B2B inside sales experience required
  • Proven track record of closing sales opportunities
  • Strong aptitude, acumen and passion for consultative selling and service
  • Strong cold calling skills
  • Remote selling with strong telephone/video presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of the development, philosophy, and structure of the credit union industry is a plus
  • Good writing and grammar skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to client and prospect needs
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to motivate or influence others is a material component of the position, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust
  • Soliciting and obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally)
  • Comfort interacting with management and “C” levels in credit unions

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
