Water and Power Community Credit Union, a Los Angeles-based financial cooperative with over $700 Million assets and approximately 40,000 members, is looking for a new leader to transform our digital offerings. Help us build a team that will challenge everything about the way financial services are traditionally delivered, changing our members’ lives for the better.
The Director-Digital Experience will architect our members’ ideal digital roadmap, then build or integrate the products and services that result in an optimized user experience.
Success in this role will look like relevant technology, integrated throughout our entire organization and across product lines to achieve a multi-year vision. You’ll know you’re on the right track when the products and services we offer are widely (and increasingly) adopted by our users, and new users are seeking us out to easily open accounts and products through the digital channels you’ve imagined and integrated.
If you are already fully qualified for this role, you have experience building successful business cases for your innovative ideas (using data to back up your plans) and getting users to adopt the technology you have designed and implemented. Your project management skills are strong, you have a degree in tech (or something close to it), and you’ve already gained experience in digital banking application management and/or development and UX/UI design.
