Silver State Schools Credit Union ($1.14 billion) is looking for a SVP/Chief Experience Officer in Las Vegas, NV. The position will report directly to the President/CEO and will contribute to the strategic leadership and direction of the organization. Silver State Schools has a deeply rooted tie to the Nevada communities at large with membership comprised of the wider educational system throughout Southern Nevada, and it is well positioned for future growth. As a leader, the Chief Experience Officer is responsible to set an impactful strategy for the member experience within the branches and Call Center.
This position will also lead the Marketing Department overseeing marketing strategies that will strengthen/grow the credit union’s market position and achieve desired business goals.Silver State Schools CU seeks a dynamic leader who wants to make a difference through credit union culture, internally and externally, focusing on the membership within the Southern Nevada community. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Management experience in member or customer facing division. Management experience in Call Center and Digital touch points. Marketing leadership experience also required.
