NAFCU’s 75 employees gathered in-person for a two-day event where the leadership team and staff conducted strategy sessions on how to best serve credit unions and their 131 million members with the industry’s best advocacy, compliance assistance, and education opportunities.
During the event, State Department Federal Credit Union President and CEO and former NAFCU board member Jan Roche, Tower Federal Credit Union President and CEO Rick Stafford, and Arlington Community Federal Credit Union President and CEO and current NAFCU board member Karen Rosales sat down for a panel to provide NAFCU staff with a deeper look into the challenges and opportunities that exist for credit unions today.
During a speech, NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger motivated staff to continue the momentum toward reaching NAFCU’s organizational goals of helping credit unions grow and thrive. Berger emphasized the importance of NAFCU’s work every day to support the industry, as credit unions are the best financial option for American consumers and Main Street.
In addition, Berger, NAFCU Senior Vice President of Government Affairs Greg Mesack, and NAFCU Services President Randy Salser answered questions on a variety of topics during a fireside chat moderated by NAFCU Executive Vice President and COO Anthony Demangone that focused on NAFCU’s core values of excellence, passion, and being member-driven.
