Nussle, CUNA leaders to talk election results in webinar today

CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle and other CUNA leaders will break down what a Democrat-controlled House and a larger Republican majority in the Senate means for credit unions Thursday in a free webinar for CUNA members. Nussle will be joined by Chief Advocacy Officer Ryan Donovan and Chief Political Officer Richard Gose.

Tuesday’s election resulted in a credit union-friendly majority for the 116^th Congress, which will begin in January. CUNA, leagues, credit unions and members were heavily involved in the election, including support for 388 candidates for the House and Senate.

Items covered will include:

• CUNA’s political and grassroots efforts to secure a credit union-friendly majority in both chambers for the 116^th Congress;
