RewardStream and CU Grow today launched a new market research survey aimed at understanding marketing trends within credit unions for 2016.
“Marketing goals and objectives continue to evolve for credit union marketers alongside the ever changing competitive landscape,” said James Robert Lay, CEO of CU Grow. “Our objective with the survey is to understand the trends for marketers in the industry, and share the results to help all credit unions improve their marketing results.”
The survey covers a wide range of topics, from high-level objectives down to the effectiveness of specific marketing tactics and technology tools in use. The results of the survey will be published in a free white paper in January, along with a free webinar.
“In speaking with credit union clients over the last year, it became apparent that there were a lot of questions around current best practices and understanding what is working from a marketing perspective,” said Rob Goehring, CEO of RewardStream. “Working with the CU Grow team, we wanted to provide credit union marketers with some data to help them understand what is happening in the industry.”
