Jacksonville, Fla.; December 21, 2011 – The staff of 121 Financial Credit Union hosted a Christmas party for the residents of the Florida Baptist Children’s Home in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Florida Baptist Children’s Home is a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to abused, neglected and orphaned children.

Individual 121 Financial employees and departments “adopted” a child, supplying all of the items on the child’s Christmas wish list. In addition, 121 Financial donated two bicycles to each of the Home’s cottages for use by all of the children.

The party featured a visit by Santa Clause, elves and a Gingerbread man. The children played games, decorated Christmas stockings and customized cupcakes.

Employees of 121 Financial come together each quarter to support different charities. In the past they have supported the Jacksonville Humane Society, Ronald McDonald House and Autism Speaks.

121 Financial Credit Union, formerly Florida Telco, offers full banking and loan services to any individual and small business located throughout Northeast Florida. Established in 1935, 121 Financial Credit Union has over 36,000 members. For more information, visit 121fcu.org.
