Pennsylvania Credit Union Association announces new Communications Officer
HARRISBURG, PA (May 16, 2017) — Cara Neil has joined the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association (the Association) as a Communications Officer. She joins the Association with experience in public relations, photography, videography, social media, and newspapers. Most recently, Neil worked with the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association as the Communications Director. She is a 2014 graduate of Shippensburg University, where she was heavily involved with the campus newspaper, The Slate.
As a Communications Officer, Neil’s main duties will be creating and sending the daily Life is a Highway email newsletter, as well as other Association email communications; creating video content; and maintaining the Association’s social media.
Neil is a native of Johnstown and currently resides in Carlisle, where she is involved with the Carlisle Tuesdays Together group, a chapter of the Rising Tide Society.
