1st Advantage celebrates grand opening of Riverside branch

YORKTOWN, VA (May 4, 2021) — 1st Advantage hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of the grand opening of its newest branch, located inside of Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News.

The branch relocated from a previous location inside the Riverside complex and is now more centrally located for better access and convenience. The Riverside branch was recently added through the Riverside Health System Employees Credit Union merger as 1st Advantage’s fourth Newport News based branch. The addition of this branch also extends the Credit Union’s footprint to include 14 branch locations within the Hampton Roads and Richmond area. It also marks the third branch co-located within a hospital.

Paul Muse, President and CEO of 1st Advantage said, “We are excited for the opportunity to offer convenient and reliable banking services within Riverside and look forward to serving our members from this location for many years to come.”

Branch Manager Erica Kraehmer and her knowledgeable staff are available Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to assist existing members, as well as future members who would like to learn more about the products and services available at 1st Advantage.
