ABNB Federal Credit Union is proud to announce several internal staff promotions in our Digital Services department effective immediately.
Miranda Mitchell has been promoted to a Digital Member Services Assistant Manager. Miranda has 17 years of branch and member service experience and will be overseeing the digital member service team.
Ashleigh Wells was promoted to a Digital Member Services Lead. She has seven years of branch and member service experience at ABNB and will be focusing on enhancements to our digital channels.
Cassandra Tate was promoted to a Digital Member Services Lead. She has 17 years of member service experience at ABNB and will be focusing on building member relationships and mentoring the department’s new hires.
Katherine Brand has been promoted to Digital Member Services Lead. She has four years of member service experience at ABNB and will be focusing on departmental training of new employees and updating all departmental polices.
