Achieva Credit Union is thrilled to announce the appointment of Renee Grauer as the new President of Retail Sales and Service. Renee joins Achieva with an impressive 40-year career in the banking industry, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in retail banking.
Most recently, Grauer served as a Regional Banking Senior Manager and Executive Director at Wells Fargo, where she spearheaded regional turnarounds, delivering exceptional fiscal results, and transforming underperforming branches into top-tier performers. Her achievements include impressive year-over-year growth in customer acquisition, loan approvals and investment assets, alongside substantial improvements in customer service quality. Grauer’s expertise extends beyond banking operations, encompassing digital technology, compliance, risk management, and strategic planning.

Originally from North Carolina, Grauer called Tallahassee home since 1972 before moving to Dunedin for her role at Achieva Credit Union. She started her career in banking more than 40 years ago, working as a teller while attending Florida State University.
