Addition Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce that Alex DeJesus has joined the senior management team as the new Senior Vice President of Member Experience. In his new role, DeJesus will oversee all aspects of member experience strategy and operations, focused on delivering exceptional service and enhancing the financial well-being of the credit union's members.
DeJesus brings nearly 25 years of banking industry experience and expertise to his new position. Over the past 7 years with Addition Financial, he has excelled in every role, from Branch Manager to Regional Director, to Vice President of Member Experience. DeJesus has overseen the credit union’s strategic efforts to incorporate more feedback from members into the decision-making process while ensuring he is an active voice on behalf of the members.

As SVP/Member Experience, DeJesus will work closely with the credit union's executive team to develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. He will also be responsible for ensuring that members have access to a wide range of products and services that empower them on their financial journey. Additionally, DeJesus will serve on key internal committees and external community boards.
