Advance Financial awards scholarship to Hanover Central High School student

SCHERERVILLE, IN (May 8, 2024)Advance Financial Federal Credit Union (AFFCU) is proud to announce Madison Paige Paulauski as the recipient of its 2024 Scholarship Program.  AFFCU awards this annual $2,000 college scholarship to a graduating high school senior who exemplifies academic excellence and a commitment to their future goals.

Madison, a resident of Cedar Lake, Indiana, graduated with high honors from Hanover Central High School, placing within the top 10% of her class.  A passionate dancer since a young age, she has honed her skills through extensive competition experience and numerous awards.  Madison will pursue her dreams at Grand Valley State University’s Frederik Meijer Honors College, where she is accepted as a Dance Major.  Her aspirations reach beyond the stage, with a long-term goal of opening her own dance studio and sharing her passion with future generations.

“We are thrilled to support Madison’s educational journey,” said Jan Vamos, Chairperson of the AFFCU Board of Directors.  “Her dedication to her craft and her entrepreneurial spirit are truly inspiring.  This scholarship program reflects AFFCU’s commitment to investing in the bright futures of our community’s young leaders.”

This year’s scholarship marks AFFCU’s ongoing commitment to empowering local students. The credit union’s program awards financial assistance to deserving graduating seniors pursuing higher education.
