AFFCU names Vice President of Sales & Service

SAN ANTONIO, TX (January 25, 2024) — Air Force Federal Credit Union (AFFCU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Sanchez as its Vice President of Sales & Service.

Sanchez takes on this pivotal role, having previously served as AVP of Sales & Service for the credit union since August 2022.

“Since joining AFFCU, Eric has been instrumental in reimagining the Sales & Service environment with an emphasis on member engagement, growth, and employee empowerment.” said Ryan Ross, CEO. “This promotion to a senior leadership position is a testament to Eric’s dedication, effectiveness, and commitment to exceptional service.”

In his new capacity, Sanchez spearheads the sales and growth strategy for AFFCU, overseeing multiple teams, including a network of Financial Centers, a call center, virtual banking center, and e-banking.

Under his guidance, the Sales & Service team at AFFCU has achieved unprecedented deposit and membership growth.

Bringing over a decade of sales leadership experience to AFFCU, Eric has held member-facing and leadership roles in various financial institutions. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, all earned at the University of the Incarnate Word.

AFFCU adds to its leadership roster soon after announcing a new, state-of-the-art Corporate Headquarters and upcoming name change as part of its overall expansion efforts.
