Akcelerant Loan Origination Platform Implemented At Wescom Credit Union

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA – August 30, 2011 – Akcelerant, a provider of connected software technology to the financial services industry, announced today the installation of the company’s loan origination platform at Wescom Credit Union, a Symitar customer with $2.5 billion in assets and over 200,000 members. Wescom is now using SOLUTION.LENDING, a powerful loan origination platform powered by the Akcelerant Framework, to streamline the lending processes of the credit union.
In 2010, Wescom began evaluating loan origination software alternatives in an effort to increase loan practice efficiencies. After a complete analysis of multiple industry-leading software options, Wescom determined that the Akcelerant Framework, which offers powerful decisioning, reporting, workflow and configuration features, could best support loan origination objectives for the credit union.
