Align Credit Union announces new addition to management team
LeeAnne Powers hired as Assistant Vice President, Business Development
Align Credit Union is pleased to announce that LeeAnne Powers has been hired as Assistant Vice President, Business Development. She is based out of the Danvers location at 110 Newbury Street and will focus on generating mortgage and commercial loan business while working closely with Retail to drive branch traffic.
Prior to joining the team at Align, LeeAnne had been Director of Credit Union Marketing and Director of Credit Union Operations at Insurance Center of New England (ICNE). She worked with select credit unions throughout Massachusetts to market and develop new business through auto, home and commercial insurance. Align is one of the credit unions that offers insurance through ICNE.
“While I’m new to the Align team, I’ve actually been working with them at the Danvers branch through ICNE since 2008,” said LeeAnne. “I’m looking forward to helping Members find the best possible products and services to fit their needs. Whether I help a Member save money with refinancing or a business with a commercial loan, it’s rewarding to see others succeed.”
LeeAnne is a licensed insurance producer for Massachusetts and New Hampshire and a licensed Massachusetts real estate salesperson. She is on the school council for Masconomet Middle School serving Topsfield, Boxford and Middleton and was previously on the Steward Station board for the Steward School in Topsfield. She has participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, the Special Olympics 5k and other programs for organizations that are focused on helping those in need.
She lives in Topsfield, Massachusetts with her husband Whitney and two daughters.
