Align Credit Union is pleased to announce they were honored with three awards at the first annual Banking Choice Awards. They received first place for overall quality and third place in customer service and technology for the North Shore. The awards were developed by The Warren Group and Customer Experience Solutions which celebrate credit unions in Massachusetts that provide outstanding service to their Members. Winners received their awards on Monday, May 7 at the AC Hotel in Worcester, prior to the Great New England Credit Union Show.
The awards are based on results from a comprehensive survey given to 10,000 banking customers in Massachusetts and nearly 100,000 reviews collected by the Massachusetts Banking Benchmarks. The Benchmarks are conducted by Customer Experience Solutions and gather objective customer and prospect feedback for over 300 banking institutions across the state.
