Allied Solutions promotes Mark Bugalski to Executive Vice President
CARMEL, IN (June 22, 2023) — Allied Solutions promoted Mark Bugalski to executive vice president (EVP) and chief growth officer effective June 1. Bugalski most recently served as senior vice president and chief growth officer.

As EVP and chief growth officer, Bugalski will continue his leadership of Allied’s sales team and the financial institutions-related distribution business. Bugalski has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Allied Solutions in 2004 and began his career at Securian Financial. Bugalski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iowa State University and is a Chartered Life Underwriter, a professional designation recognizing extensive knowledge of the life insurance industry and the underwriting process.
Through 2023, Bugalski will partner with outgoing Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer David Underdale to ensure a smooth transition for clients and employees. Underdale plans to retire in December 2023 after a nearly 40-year tenure at both Allied Solutions and Allied’s parent company, Securian Financial.
