St. Louis, MO (June 6, 2025) |
Alltru Credit Union, a leading Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in the Greater St. Louis area, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new branch in Florissant, Missouri to celebrate the location’s opening.
As part of its broader growth strategy, Alltru is expanding to better serve current members in North County, while also reaching new markets in the surrounding region. As one of just 500 CDFI credit unions in the U.S., Alltru is committed to financial inclusion by providing accessible banking and lending services to individuals and families who are often underserved.
“Florissant has always been about community, strong families, hard work, and neighbors looking out for one another,” said Michelle Rosner, CEO of Alltru and Florissant native. “Those are the same values that drive Alltru Credit Union. For 57 years, our mission has been to help people achieve financial well-being, and to do that, we need to be rooted in the communities we serve. This new branch represents our continued commitment to North County, to access, equity, and personalized service that meets people where they are.”
Attendees at the ribbon-cutting included members of Alltru’s leadership team and board of directors, Jaime Jenkins of the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce, representatives from La Macchia Group, the design-build firm behind the new branch, and other distinguished guests. During the ceremony, Florissant Mayor Timothy Lowery shared his excitement about Alltru’s expansion into the community.
The flag-raising ceremony was performed by the Florissant American Legion Post 444.
The new branch is now open at 3240 North Highway 67, near Cross Keys. A grand opening celebration to welcome the community is scheduled for June 28, 2025.
