AMOCO Hosting Second Earn or Burn Home Edition

LEAGUE CITY, Texas (September 14, 2012) – AMOCO Federal Credit Union is hosting its second Earn or Burn Home Edition seminar series October 13, 2012 through May 18, 2013 at the AMOCO Friendswood branch community room. Earn or Burn Home Edition is a set of eight seminars that will take place once a month for eight months and cover the various topics associated with home buying.

Each person that attends will walk away with knowledge about budgeting, financing, insurance, taxes, mortgages, as well as how to look for the right home. Earn or Burn Home Edition is open to community and anyone looking to become a savvy home-buyer. Attendees will not only receive financial and home buying education but will also receive guidance and personalized coaching to provide them with confidence and security in making the best home buying decision.

Attendees of all eight seminars will be entered into a drawing for $2,500. Sandra Behmer was the 2012 Earn or Burn Home Edition winner of the $2,500 drawing. Behmer and 17 others attended all eight seminars that took place from October 2011 to May 2012 placing them into the drawing.  Behmer was announced the winner during the final seminar that took place May 14, 2012 at the AMOCO Friendswood branch community room.
