Amplify Credit Union promotes Jennifer Sobczyk and Jazmin Otero
AUSTIN, TX (April 30, 2019) — Amplify Credit Union is proud to announce that Jennifer Sobczyk has been promoted to Vice President of Product Management, a new department dedicated to leveraging Amplify’s core banking platform for maximum member value. Jennifer has been with Amplify for more than seven years, focusing on contact center management, branch oversight and remote channel delivery. Most recently, she has focused on helping to prepare Amplify for the upcoming conversion of its core banking system.
Additionally, Jazmin Otero has been promoted from Retail Operations Manager to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations. Over 10 years with Amplify, Jazmin Otero has held a variety of roles across both Retail and Lending, the last two as Manager of Retail Operations. She has played a crucial role in elevating member service outcomes and preparing the Retail team for the forthcoming core conversion, among other contributions. As AVP of Retail Operations, Jazmin will continue that work and also help drive Contact Center transformation in advance of the core conversion and far beyond for the benefit of Amplify.
