Andrews Federal Credit Union proudly served as a sponsor of the annual Credit Union Cherry Blossom Run, continuing a 15+ year tradition of supporting one of the nation’s most celebrated running events. The race brings together thousands of participants each year while raising critical funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
“We are honored to be part of the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Run and even more importantly, to contribute to the impactful work of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals,” said Damita Robinson, Chief Operating Officer of Andrews Federal Credit Union. “The Cherry Blossom Run is an event our team looks forward to each year, putting the ‘people helping people’ credit union motto into action.”
Andrews Federal contributed $20,000 to the event’s charitable mission, advancing pediatric healthcare for children and families in need. Andrews Federal employees also demonstrated the credit union’s commitment to community service by volunteering throughout the race weekend. Team members assisted at water stations, cheered on participants along the course, and helped ensure a smooth and memorable experience for runners.
