Andrews Federal supports local New Jersey animal shelter
SUITLAND, MD (April 26, 2017) — Andrews Federal Credit Union recently made a generous donation to the Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter (FOBCAS) to show support for local community volunteers.
The all-volunteer group cooperates with the county animal shelter to care for shelter pets and place them into adoptive homes. They also work to reduce the number of homeless pets in the community.
“It is such a warm feeling to know that Andrews Federal is willing to help serve and save these amazing animals,” said Theresa Kopasz, President, FOBCAS.
The Credit Union’s donation will help to pay for adoption promotions, as well as specialized medical care, food and toys for the animals at the shelter.
