Angie Johnson is Royal Credit Union’s new Member Service Manager

Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Angie Johnson’s promotion to Member Service Manager. In this position, Johnson is responsible for actively managing daily Member Service Center operations while guiding and developing team members and leading Member Service Supervisors and team leads to achieve strategic goals while delivering an exceptional experience for Royal’s Members.

Johnson began working at Royal in May 1994 as a Teller. Since joining Royal, Johnson has held various positions in Member Service and Deposit Operations, with her most recent position being Member Service Supervisor II. In her new role, Johnson is looking forward to continuing to use her knowledge and experience to help develop those around her while contributing to Royal’s success as an organization. She is passionate about helping people and watching others succeed.

Johnson has received several internal awards from Royal for her work in implementing new software and processes within the organization. She is also highly involved in the community and has volunteered internally with Royal’s School $ense program, Adopt-A-Highway, and Community Give Back Day. Outside of work, she has volunteered with United Way, Feed My People, and Boys and Girls Club.

Johnson lives in Eau Claire with her husband, Butch, and their children, Zach, Brett, and Brenna.
