Another successful partnership – Great Lakes Credit Union and Homewood-Flossmoor Park District “Lucky Egg Hunt”

HOMEWOOD-FLOSSMOOR, IL (April 18, 2014) — The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District kicked off the spring season with another fun-filled year of tradition by hosting their annual free “Lucky Egg Hunt”. The event took place at the Richard D. Irwin Park & Marie Irwin Community Center. This year the event brought 250 kids along with their parents for a fun filled day, the day started with the egg hunt, prizes and pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Great Lakes Credit Union had the opportunity to be one of the sponsors of this event; “I think the turnout was great and everyone really appreciate the sponsorship from Great Lakes Credit Union” said Joe DeCicco, Recreation Supervisor of the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District.

Homewood-Flossmoor Park District has been serving for 45 years and is now serving around 30,000 residents from the Homewood & Flossmoor area.
