APCU and Center Parc Credit Union donate $20K to benefit Atlanta-area children’s hospitals

ATLANTA, GA (April 18, 2024)Atlanta Postal Credit Union (APCU) and its community-based subsidiary, Center Parc Credit Union, donated $20,000 to Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) to benefit local children’s hospitals.

The donation was made possible by APCU and Center Parc employees, who raised the funds themselves. Employees made their own donations, sought support from the credit union’s board of directors, and raised additional funds through events such as snack sales and weekly jean days. In addition to raising the donated funds, employees packaged meals for kids receiving treatment at Atlanta-area hospitals. The credit union also acted as the title sponsor for the CU4Kids annual Bowl-A-Thon to help raise additional funds and awareness for CMN.

“I couldn’t be prouder of our employees,” APCU and Center Parc Chief Executive Officer Blake Graham said. “Their collective dedication to this cause and our communities is unparalleled. We are so thrilled that their hard work has allowed us to come together in support of Children’s Miracle Network once again and have no doubt that they will continue to impress us with their generosity and perseverance in the years ahead.”
