Arbor Financial Credit Union announces winners of the 2022 scholarship program

Arbor Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the winners of the 2022 Arbor Financial Scholarship Program.

Arbor Financial awarded $24,000 to twelve high school seniors this year. Since the creation of the scholarship program in 1999, Arbor Financial has given away $528,000 to area students through the program based on the strength of their essays, as well as other factors. The 2022 scholarship essay topic was based on the quote, “The whole is greater than the sum of the parts.” – Aristotle.

A team of Arbor Financial volunteers and board members reviewed 141 entries this year, and the following 12 were selected:

• Aiden Crowley, Gull Lake High School & Kalamazoo Area Math and Science Center
