PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 12, 2016) — Ardent Credit Union was recently recognized for their employees’ dedication and commitment to living healthy lifestyles, both in and out of the office. Ardent Credit Union was awarded SmartCEO’s 2016 Healthiest Company Award in the 50-99 employees category.
The SmartCEO Healthiest Company Awards Program recognizes companies that have demonstrated a commitment to their employees through their health and wellness programs. An independent committee of local business leaders handpicks finalists based on the criteria of engagement, effectiveness, and ROI.
The importance of Ardent employees’ fitness and wellbeing is at the core of its values. Ardent’s new employee wellness program is comprehensive and rewards employees for participating in a number of different wellness activities, such as health risk assessments, weight management, on-site nutritional consultation, and stress management.
