ARLINGTON, VA (March 31, 2016) — Arlington Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) announced recent management promotions:
Bogans has over 20 years of accounting, financial advisory services, and administration experience. She will oversee the Accounting Department and be responsible for increasing efficiency of internal and external processes.
Bogans received her Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. She volunteers as the Membership Committee Co-Chair with her Parent-Teacher Organization and on the Board of Directors for her church. She resides in Fort Washington, MD.
In his new position as Real Estate Manager, Gordon will be responsible for overseeing and growing Real Estate lending channels. In his prior position with ACFCU, Gordon created relationships with mortgage brokers, leading to double digit growth in ACFCU Home Equity Lines of Credit. In 2015 his peers at ACFCU awarded him the “All Core Values Award” for exemplifying the credit union’s core values.
Gordon graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Computer Science and lives in Great Falls, VA.
Sivinska has over 15 years of experience in financial services with a focus on leadership, coaching skills, customer service, and sales.
Sivinska previously worked at State Employees Credit Union as an assistant branch manager and has completed multiple leadership and management courses from the American Management Association (AMA) and the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). She has a BA in Economics from the Institute of Finance and Economics, Ternopil, Ukraine. She speaks English, Russian, and Ukrainian and lives in North Bethesda, MD.
