Arsenal moves forward with BloomCU on new credit union website design

Arsenal Credit Union recently teamed up with agency BloomCU to craft a new credit union website design infused with advanced technology and sleek, aesthetically pleasing interfaces. The new website will be available next spring.

“We want to provide a cutting-edge website experience so people can find information about our products and services with ease and take immediate action,” said Ken Moser, VP of Marketing for Arsenal. “In short, we want a new website that will help us attract new members and borrowers.”

First, BloomCU is working with Arsenal to create a vision for the new website. They’ve discussed Arsenal’s values and goals as a credit union, and how the website can express these. In the design phase of the process, BloomCU will produce prototypes that can be reviewed by Arsenal staff and tested with real users to ensure the design is effective, beautiful, and true to Arsenal’s brand.

The website’s organization is important to Arsenal. They want a site that’s well-organized and makes their members’ experience seamless. Accordingly, BloomCU will use research activities such as card sorting and usability testing to plan a new site structure.

Several technical innovations will be added to the site, offering users greater convenience. These innovations include an interactive chatbot and real-time search to help users easily find answers to questions.

They also include personalized content that changes depending on which user is visiting the page. The new site will have three different customizable homepage: one for first-time visitors, one for those who have expressed interest in some of Arsenal’s products, and one for those who use the site for online banking.
